OptiVision Vietnam 2026
Last week, selected members from the Sales & Marketing team at Optima Life Sciences, along with the leadership team, came together in Vietnam for a week focused on learning, collaboration, team building, and strategic alignment.
A key highlight of the journey was participation at ILDEX Vietnam 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, where the team explored global innovations, emerging technologies, evolving industry trends, and international best practices shaping the future of animal health and nutrition. Exposure to global platforms like ILDEX helps our teams stay externally benchmarked, commercially agile, and strategically future-focused. The offsite also created valuable opportunities for brainstorming, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful team bonding around our “OptiVision” growth agenda. Through workshops, discussions, and shared experiences, teams were able to strengthen relationships, exchange fresh perspectives, and build deeper alignment toward common goals. Beyond business, the journey offered rich cultural immersion — from the timeless charm of Hanoi and the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay to the historical significance of the Cu Chi Tunnels and the vibrant energy of the Mekong Delta. Experiencing different cultures and environments encouraged broader perspectives, deeper connections, and a stronger global mindset.
